RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at present. We only offer a replacement in case if you received a damaged product.

REFUNDS

At The Purple Soul, we believe that skin care plays a pivotal role in overall good health. We try to ensure your satisfaction by providing safe and top-quality products that are authentic with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and are at least one year from expiry.

Please note that due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on sale of opened or used products to ensure safety of our customers and maintain our quality standards.

The Purple Soul is not responsible for damage after delivery. EVERY SKIN CONDITION MAY VARY; HENCE IT IS ADVISABLE TO READ THE INGREDIENTS AND APPLICATION BEFORE PURCHASE. TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SAFETY, A RETURN OR REFUND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

You can exchange the products within 7 days from date of delivery in the following cases only

  • You received a different product from the one you ordered
  • You received a defective or expired product
  • You did not receive the complete set of products ordered.
  • Received a damaged product. If you receive a damaged product on delivery we will bear the delivery charges and replace it with a new product. In case we do not have that product in stock we will guide you to buy a similar suitable product from our range.

Kindly note that exchange is valid for our original unopened boxes with our seal and barcodes intact. The box should not be physically damaged either.

Exchange WILL NOT BE accepted, other than in the cases stated above.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or replaced.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

FAQ

How long will my order take?

All orders usually get shipped within 5-7 working days. Under normal circumstances, you can expect delivery in 7-10 days. But due to the present Covid-19 situation, the delivery may get delayed in case of any local restrictions.

What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?

  • We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please mail at care@thepurplesoul.com with the details of the missing product but within 15 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted asap.

Do you ship internationally?

Depends on the order size.

Return / Replacement :

At present, we do not offer return of the products. We only offer a replacement in case if you received a damaged product.

I received a damaged product. What do I do?

  • Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at care@thepurplesoul.com with images of the damaged product within 15 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred.
  • The complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

What do I do if I don’t like the product I received?

  • We do hope you don’t have to check this section too often, but we really love you a lot! So, drop us a mail and you could just ship the product back to us to the address which will be given in the mail. But please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened/unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 15 days of receiving the order and please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. And we could provide you with one product of the same price listed on The Purple Soul’s website.
  • Please make sure that the returned product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund/code to be processed.
  • The courier charges incurred by you to send us back the product will not be refunded.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No return/refund/exchange is possible for customised products unless it is damaged.

How can I cancel my order?

  • Please mail us at care@thepurplesoul.com for a cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.

 

When can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.

Can I cancel my order once the product has been shipped?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
  • Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
  • If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing center, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.

 

When do I get my refund for the cancelled order?

  • If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.

Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
